Computer virus? HELP!?

Okay, so I was browsing youtube, & I came across something interesting. "A way to view private profiles." Stupid now that I think of it. I followed the instructions in the video, but one thing leaves me very worried. I saved it in notepad, following the videos instructions, but the text left me thinking. It said "tracer ip" and I'm worried that it's a virus I mistakenly saved!! I tried to delete it, or pull it up from notepad again after I saved it, but it wouldn't let me! I'm worried to even do anything on the computer now, is it something I should be concerned with? =/
