Does anyone have any make a head/freezer meals that works well with kids? They are picky.. Wont eat PB & j?

They are SEVERELY picky!! I want to be able to feed them home made items that are easy to freeze.. Also any make ahead/freezer appetizers/meals for hubby to take for his lunch/dinner?? He eats at 7:30 in the evening!! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks!
