Is Justin Bieber the next Mozart?

I ask this in sincerity and with the umption that culture changes. It is easy to say "no way! he uses autotune, doesn't compose his own songs, and has a girl voice!" but it is important to realize that culture and what is considered musically aesthetic by the general population has changed much in recent history. Granted that, is Justin Bieber this generation's musical genius/'Mozart'?
