Ok one more, How do I know what engine coolant or antifreeze or whatever its called I need?

Again, Ihave a '99 Saturn SC2. Shes low on coolant, I noticed theres like 50/50 and some other kind. What do I need? And wheres the best place to buy this crap? Auto parts store, or just Target?
