Why in the NFL do cameras suddenly pan away during fights?

Any other sport they let us c (live) the jarheads beattin each others mushmellon heads off ie. soccer,baseball, basketball and these guys aint wearing skull gaskets like NFL. they edit then show. Whats up wid dat? I like watchin these big bozos knocking each other out. Bring Conrad Dobler back man.
