Whats the point of gender differences?

Gender differences are caused by our different biological natures. Women are designed to have babies, and to raise them. They do not need the same degree of physical strength as men. That is why in hunter-gatherer societies it is women who do the gathering while men do the hunting, you can gather with children, but you can't hunt with children.
