The famous Leaning Tower of Pisa doesn't topple over because its center of gravity is?

None of the above. The Leaning Tower of Psa doesn't topple over because of one thing. The Leaning Tower of Piza is being held by guide wires anchored into a nearby hill. The Tower started to lean during construction because of the ground condition. Thats why some of the floors are misformed. The architect and the builders tried to even out the floors to try to keep the tower straight.
