In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban...?

I've seen them all a hundred times but I was just finishing this one up on my computer, I had it on in the background. I've rewound it 10 times, and I SWEAR at 2:08:47 when everybody is crowded around Harry's new broom stick before he gets there, Ron says, "Stand back, I said! Or I'll, or I'll take it upstairs and have with it!" If anyone has this movie check it out, I swear that's what it says unless it's something else in a strong English accent.
