PLEASE HELP NEED ANSWER QUICKLY PLEASE!!?

I think my dog had heat stroke!!! He is a 13 year old lab he has been breathing louder that usual (this has been going on 5 hours) and wont stand up and when he does he wobbles please help I have had him my whole life and I don't want to lose him I love him a lot:( also I don't have enough money to take him to the vet
