Step mon to disrespectful step child...Father has ed but gives zero inuput. What to do?

You & she do many activities; go to films, shopping, sports, laugh, talk & bond. You ist SD nightly with homework/test prep. Husband works 90 hrs wkly & even when home doesn’t believe in doing activities with her other than watching TV. He even that you are “spoiling” the SD with your $$, energy & time. 4-5 months into relationship you notice that the SD is behaving disrespectfully but mostly to just YOU!. Examples: aggressively demanding your full attention when yr listening to another adult, giving you silent treatment when reminded about a simple chores, interrupting you & talking over you. Telling you “shut up!” & so on. You try everything, Nanny 911 tactics, reasoning, several parenting books, telling her yr angry/disappointed. Nothing works. You say "OK did U get YR clothes ready for tommorrow? You ask the father, he says: “There is nothing I can do! Handle it how you want and bother me about it.” Tonight she refues to go to bed and tells you "NO WAY" ...is it time her?
