Tingling in face and hands closing on you?

after a long night and drinking an lack of sleep on my way home i started to get a tingling sensation in my face and then my body started to shake alittle almost vibrating. than i felt my stomach muscles scrunch up and my hands literally closed on me i couldnt even open them all the way and thi s lasted for about 10 min....Does anyone know what happened to me??
