What good things have Muslems [or the Islamic World] contributed to humanity in the last few hundred years?

I'm not trying to be disrespectful. I'm just curious, maybe I'm unaware of certain things. Over the last 125 years of so, America has given the world jazz, rock 'n' roll, the internet, airplanes, the electric light, some great movies, the list goes on. The Brits give us great music. Italians make cool movies, cars, clothes. You get the idea. What have Muslems or the Islamic World given us? (Good things-- not terrorism & female gential mutilation & honor killings)
