Could i have a carbon monoxide leak?

the last few days i have been getting really bad headaches for no reason, and they seem to only occur when i am at home.. i live in an older building with older appliances, and also recently had what i thought to be a cold or "flu" but didn't have a fever or anything... now i heard these could be symptoms of a CO leak??
