This Guy Won't Take The Hint?

Well tell him explicitly that you do not like him. And that you do not want to hang out with him. And that you do not want to be friends with him. To me it sounds like you are overreacting since he could just be friendly. Or he might be one of those people. The super talkative ones lol. But i mean you know him better than i do. The best way to handle someone who can't take a hint is to stop dropping hints and tell them whats up.
