Why do I always get lead on?

So, I always get lead on. I create these amazing dates that leave people in awe, when I take a girl on one, they tell me Im a great guy but they don't feel that way about me. Like I set up this date where i had a surprise picnic on the edge of a vinyard overlooking the ocean right when the sun was setting. I told this to the girls best friend and she was amazed, when I took the girl on it, she promptly told me after she wasn't that into me. I feel like I just get suckered over and over, and it hurts alot in the long run. Like recently this girl I liked hit on me, then when i bit she convyed that she was kidding. Then we had a campout with some friends and she was rubbing my leg and like laying down with me in my arms, then she sat up and said we cant be more than friends. Why does this happen?
