What is the Absolute Best Cleaner for a 1911 45 RIA and Lubricant if that won't damage grips?

the Handgun is a .45 Rock Island 1911 GI Model and i am looking for the Absolute Best Cleaner and Lubricating Products Any Recommendations i have heard of Ballistol but can't find it anywhere except online and as far as lube i have heard of Tetra Grease just something that cleans protects and will not damage Pearl Grips.
